Natalie Kumar

I’m Natalie, a qualified integrative and creative counsellor and group facilitator based in Birmingham, registered with the BACP and NCPS. I offer a supportive and inclusive space for adults navigating the complexities of life.
My approach is shaped not only by professional training but also by lived experience. I have personal insight into sight loss, bereavement, and neurodivergence, and I understand how early life challenges and illness can impact our sense of self and connection. These experiences have deeply informed my path into counselling, and they continue to guide my work with empathy, respect, and curiosity.
Whether you’re looking for individual support or group connection, I aim to meet you where you are—with creativity, care, and a belief in your capacity to grow.
