Making counselling accessible
You may be put off therapy for financial reasons, because of a lack of time, or out of fear of reaching out—we do everything we can to make accessing the service you need easy, comfortable, and, most importantly, affordable.
We offer highly subsidised counselling.
Our large team of qualified and trainee therapists offer a comprehensive range of different approaches and we work hard to match your needs with the right therapist.
Remember: reaching out for help is a sign of strength. Don’t struggle on alone, we are here to help.
Open over 60 hours a week, we offer
online,

face-to-face sessions from our purpose-built facilities in the centre of Birmingham.
helping you recognise unhelpful patterns in the way you think or act, and find ways to change them
Professional standards
Whether it be face to face, online, or via the telephone, we work to the highest of professional standards.
Our therapists may be qualified and have many years’ experience or they may be on clinical placement with a Fitness to Practice from their University.
They all receive regular clinical and management supervision and are members of recognised governing bodies accredited with the Professional Conduct Authority.
All therapists hold professional indemnity insurance, and our work is strictly confidential, unless we are legally compelled to disclose information, or there is a genuine risk to you or other people.
A warm and friendly team
Sometimes, we need a little help to make sense of things
Our team is committed to maintaining a friendly, relaxed, and welcoming environment. We know how difficult it can be to reach out, so every interaction with our staff aims to make you feel safe, listened to and understood.
