Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, relationships, or just feeling stuck, our counselling services offer a safe space to explore what you’re going through.

As a specialist mental health charity, St. Martin’s Counselling believes professional counselling should be available to everyone — not just those who can afford private therapy.

Across the UK, many people are stuck on long NHS waiting lists or priced out of private therapy. We exist to fill that gap, providing safe, supportive, and confidential low-cost counselling.

Our mission is clear and unwavering: to make therapy

Affordable – Professional – Accessible

We don’t want to turn anyone away based on cost and are able to offer a limited number of free counselling sessions a month for people registered with a Birmingham GP. Please complete this self referral form.
